I’ve been in the full-time workforce for about six years and I felt like I needed to find a new place where I could put my knowledge to good use and help others achieve their goals and that led me to AscentCore. I was the first employee hired and I feel fortunate and privileged to be part of the company from the very beginning.

I chose AscentCore for the challenge. A challenge to be part of a new project and help build a reliable team - a team where trust is the common ground among its members. I feel fortunate to have been given a chance to be part of this and will do my best to rise to this challenge and grow alongside the team.

AscentCore offered me the opportunity to have the best of both worlds. I manage my team while still having time to work hand in hand with the developers so I don’t lose my engineering skills and can continue to learn and grow. The second most important reason was around working with clients that treat you as their colleague. Most of the time in the outsourcing business you feel that you are just a contractor, this was not the case here at AscentCore where open collaboration and trust are at the core of every partnership.

My journey started over 11 years ago, collaborating with the same partners that are leading AscentCore today. We have a great culture and a strong leadership team here that I’m very proud of. I like seeing people care about the business and getting involved to gain great results.
